At SpecsFair.ca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyeglass purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can take advantage of our return policy within 10 days of receiving your eyeglasses. Please review the following guidelines for returns:
Eligibility for Returns:
● You must initiate the return process within 10 days of receiving your eyeglasses.
● The eyeglasses must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging included.
● We do not accept returns on prescription lenses if the prescription information provided by the customer is accurate and the lenses have been crafted correctly according to that information.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support team by emailing lensexperts@gmail.com within the 10-day return window. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details. You will receive instructions on how to return the eyeglasses, including the return address.
Return Shipping:
● Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
● We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the eyeglasses.
Refund Process:
● Once we receive the returned eyeglasses and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
● Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
● If you wish to exchange your eyeglasses for a different style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items:
● If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please Note:
● Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable unless they are incorrect due to an error on our part.
● Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
